Manufacturing Stages
All manufacturing stages are carried out internally by highly qualified personnel. Once verified, the equipment is dismantled and all the pieces are washed, sanitized and overhauled. Once these activities have been completed, the equipment is reassembled and subjected to testing and careful Quality Control.
1. Initial Inspection

Upon receiving the dispensers, machines, and equipment for inspection, we conduct a preliminary check of the material and input all the necessary processing tasks into the system.

2. Dismantling

After starting the job orders, we begin with the disassembly of all parts, conducting an initial analysis of which additional components will need replacement due to breakage or wear. We separate plastic from metal parts and direct them to the appropriate washing process.

3. Washing and Sanitization

In this phase, specific equipment is used, such as: Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine, High-Power Steam Generator, Professional Parts Washer, Sandblaster, etc. Suitable products are employed for each operation and type of material.

4. Assembly and Subassembly Refurbishment

Boiler Inspection Phase – Cup Dispenser Units – Coffee Dispenser Units – Solenoid Valve Assemblies – Grinders – Etc…

5. Reassembly

The reassembly phase also includes the replacement of all default and additional spare parts specified in the inspection, and any modifications are made (Touchscreen, addition of extra soluble compartments, etc…)

6. Testing and Quality Assurance

In the final phase, the revision cycle is completed with testing, conducting a test of all selections. Afterward, the equipment is left in TEST mode for at least 12 hours with electrical and water connections. Once the testing period has elapsed, a thorough quality check is performed, and the equipment is prepared for shipping, officially closing the job order.
